Our Approach

As the newly appointed Culture and Tourism Ambassador for New York City, live streaming provided Lang Lang with was an innovative way to engage and interact with Chinese fans. Our NYCGo team were on site in New York to organise and plan the event with Lang. We selected Times Square due to its recognisability and fame. Lang Lang is well known throughout the world as a concert pianist and as such is loved in China, making him a perfect partner for NYC as they look to continue their celebrated history of diversity.

The partnership between NYCGo and Lang Lang was the first live stream hosted by a tourism marketing account and sets the president for increased use and integration of this medium into tourism marketing.
