Content Manager (China)

The Role

The role of ‘Content Manager’ is a dynamic role, largely supporting the digital and content creative, conceptualisation, production, creation in China market.

Job Description

  • Understand the brand strategy and the audiences, and can articulate these fluently
  • Take ownership of creative projects, and guide full-scale integrated projects for the brand from concept, production, to completion
  • Ensure quality and timely creative production and communication with creative team, company partners, and external clients
  • Manage the digital presence of the Sports IP in China, proposing new concepts, creating content and community management strategy
  • Lead the content review meeting on a regular basis to bring forward and reflections
  • Oversee the creative meeting on a regular basis and bring up peak campaigns/content initiatives to drive digital buzz
  • Generate fan insights from the digital channels
  • Bring a positive attitude to the creative team
  • Create content case study and inspirational sharing session on content


  • Minimum of 2 years in China local digital marketing industry
  • Minimum of 2 years managing social media and/or content marketing campaigns in China
  • Proven experience developing team members and engaging 3rd parties/freelancers
