Job Description
The Content Producer will play an important role in this project and will have touchpoints with almost all content published for the client. You will manage the production of English language content for several social media channels, ensuring the Seven League team meets its project objectives of generating significant awareness, hype and interest in this landmark global sporting event. The role will be versatile, diverse and embrace all areas of integrated digital production.
Job Description
Title: Content Producer
Reporting to: Senior Content Producer
Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Content Producer on content development and production, overseeing three other Creative staff (video / social)
Work within the internal content team to plan, shoot and edit a variety of high-end video content
Produce humanised, relevant and original multi-platform content (with consideration for both audience and business needs)
Capture, edit and deliver a range of compelling social media assets (including imagery, videos, graphics, GIFs, Illustrations and more)
Contribute to content ideation and planning processes
Ensure content conforms and adheres to the digital media strategy and guidelines (shaping the narrative with deep storytelling)
Support the wider PR, Communications and Marketing departments with creative, emotive and inspirational content deliveries (driving activity and engagement across all channels)
Work closely with the on-site Community Manager (embedded with the client) to iterate content (e.g style, tone of voice, format etc) based on audience feedback
Working closely with the Social Media Strategist to use analytical insight to optimise follower acquisition
Upload and distribute content across each platform to meet project deadlines
Activities can be anything from large scale international productions to social cut downs and sizzle reels, and much more besides (e.g editing short videos, special campaigns, bring archive material to life, simple animations, music selection, managing clip translation, subtitling etc)
Attend and capture content for key events and activations, as necessary
Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and how these trends affect audience behaviours towards (and the consumption of) certain types of content

Experience required:
We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in a digital media organisation, film production business, content/creative studio or design agency (in a similar capacity to that of Digital Media Planner or Content Producer).
A track record of delivering high-quality digital and/or media projects in the broadcast, digital publishing or content industry (portfolio of productions, including video)
Must have excellent knowledge of digital media formats, content planning and creation of high-quality content that aligns with organisational mission and vision, providing meaningful experiences for audiences
Proven experience developing content that serves multiple purposes (e.g. informs, educates, engages and profiles)
Strong knowledge in videography (i.e. short videos, live streaming, docuseries, production and post-production and editing) and expert knowledge of digital media production techniques
Experienced managing shoots and production logistics, such as additional crew, kit and sourcing locations
Experience managing the post-production process, from edit to grade, graphics and sound
Ability to skillfully and calmly work on multiple productions and set clear priorities with related workflow(s) for yourself and other colleagues (e.g. Content Editors)
Experience producing for-social content across key platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube) with a solid understanding of what content works for each platform
Personal Skills, Education and Training
Essential
Degree educated, or equivalent experience
Experienced using Adobe Creative Suite
Competent Mac user
On location and set shooting experience preferred
Copy, script and storyboard writing experience
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of innovation in sports content and a good understanding of the wider trends in digital and social media
Comfortable adopting consistent messaging and tone across communication channels
Ability to ensure production values and standards are maintained at the highest possible level given any budget / time, never compromising on quality or creativity
Desirable Skills:
English native speaker preferred, written and oral communication skills in other foreign languages will be an advantage
Advanced design, video and audio production/editing techniques, in addition to solid copywriting skills preferred
Experience producing content for alternative social media platforms (e.g. Snapchat, TikTok etc)
Experience with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g. Trello, Spredfast Buffer etc)
Experience contributing to quantitative reports and using them to iterate operational strategies
Knowledge of project management tools – e.g. Google Suite, Asana, Dropbox
Experience developing paid media assets (with clear CTAs)
Other: This project may require work outside standard Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 business hours and may involve some global travel. The successful candidate will be expected to show flexibility to meet project demands.

Salary: Commensurate based on experience
Holiday: 20 days (increasing by one day per year of service, to maximum 25 days)
