ATP Signs Digital Rights Deal with iQiyi

The ATP and iQiyi have signed an exclusive four-year media partnership. From 2017, iQiyi will become the ATP’s digital rights partner in mainland China, providing fans with increased access to men’s tennis. iQiyi is one of the largest online video platforms in China. CFLD Signs 5-Year Title Sponsorship Deal with the Beijing Marathon

China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) recently signed a 5-year deal with the Beijing Marathon. CFLD is one of the leading real estate developers in China. Asian Premier Marathons Officially Launched

Asian Premier Marathons (APM), a new marathon league, has been officially launched by Infront China and the Beijing, Beirut and Seoul Marathons. Infront China will handle all the marketing initiatives and communications including the commercialisation of sponsorship opportunities among the member events with the leadership and support of the Asian Athletic Administration. Under Armour Signs Chinese Taekwondo Champion and Actress as Brand Ambassador

Liverpool Sign Tibet Water Resources as Regional Water Partner in China

Liverpool FC recently announced Tibet Water Resources Ltd. as their official regional water partner in China. Skoda to Sponsor Tour de France China Criterium

Suning’s Inter Acquisition Labelled as “Irrational Overseas Investment” by Chinese Government

China state broadcaster CCTV named Suning Commerce Group in a program discussing domestic companies making risky overseas acquisitions. The Chinese retail giant’s acquisition of a majority stake in Inter Milan in 2016 for €270 million ($311 million) was described as an irrational overseas investment. Read more on Global Times (English)
