Role: Tourism Digital Account Manager (USA Tourism)
Summary:
You’ll be primarily responsible for creating tourism marketing packages with the support of US Tourism and helping inform, educate and onboard new tourism partners out of the USA. We’ve created a bunch of fantastic programs hosted with GoUSA.cn which give partners a direct channel to promote themselves in China.
About GoUSA:
GoUSA is the official US led destination website for Chinese consumers to explore the wonders of America. It includes state, city and travel information provided by the various partners, it also features 1000’s of unique activities, blogs and images to inspire travel throughout the USA.
Job Description:
Responsible for all partnerships on boarding for digital programs
Educate, inform and occasionally sell the packages on behalf of client to partners. Includes a complete understanding of each program and it’s value across the business
Create planning documentation to ensure smooth on boarding processes
Work with the content and media teams to fulfill obligations from partner packages and track progress
Oversee execution of all SOWs that need to be serviced through the GoUSA platforms
Create client management tracking to better inform partners of progress, new opportunities and reporting
Liase with technology, content and account team for feedback and client sharing
Provide reports to US partners on performance of partnerships (digital statistics)
Identify areas of improvement (Project management or processes)
Stay up to trend with marketing trends, development, and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 3 years working experience in Account Management
Ability to understand complex programs, big picture thinking
Must be willing to have flexible schedules
Excellent organization, planning, and people skills
Excellent communication skills in English and in Chinese a plus
Travel or tourism field knowledge a plus
Able to travel
Salary Neg: 15,000 – 25,000 RMB gross depending on experience
