Business Objectives

The NBA China have been moving to a business model to outsource most of the production and marketing work and reduce team size. In doing this they needed a highly experience agency who could manage the increase demand fo video for production and distribution on Chinese video and social platforms.

Our Approach

Mailman was engaged to produce and edit approximately 100+ per month for the NBA China office. Mailman is responsible to add Chinese subtitles, Chinese motion graphics and cultural flavours and post to the social networks Douyin and Weibo. Since begging the program we’ve doubled production capabilities and the NBA have been investing in more content.
