With over 200 shopping destinations, we were charged with helping the Chinese understand where to shop, why and how best to do it.
Our Approach
Using a travel strategy to position Simon as the shopping authority for any destination, we developed a social and media strategy to connect with travelers who were traveling to the USA. We created an interactive WeChat Mini Program, offline to online direct conversations at selected centers and even a 3-D printed Pig to generate word of mouth awareness and user-generated content online. Simon is the most engaged shopping destination account online
